Set your intentions for the day, what you’d like to complete and make it happen. I find writing my daily intentions down really helps. The satisfaction of crossing them off as you complete them has a huge shift on your mindset. Your mindset shifts to a place where action happens and you create flow. Do this practice daily, set your intentions and make it happen.⁠

There's something about designing and creating for myself which I find almost cathartic. Having no boundaries or borders which I’m contained by. It’s just me and my creativity, happy as can be.⁠

I often daydream about lazy days on the beach with my family and cherish the time we have together, just like the times I had as a kid. Cue moodboard and the images that help this daydream come to life.⁠

Tuning into what brings you joy is so important, regardless of what your path is in this life. Over the past 4 years, but even moreso the past 6 months, I’ve noticed I’m discovering so much more about myself on a much deeper level. A deeper level I didn’t even know existed. ⁠
